Sunny’s was created from a simple idea: brunch should feel good.
Sunny’s started with crepes. Growing up, Albi’s mornings meant his mom in the kitchen, making crepes from scratch — simple, warm, and something everyone looked forward to. Years later, at 25, he decided to build a place around that feeling. He called his best friend, put together a team, and opened the first Sunny’s in Boerne, Texas — the town his family had just moved to and quickly felt like home. Sunny’s was built on the idea that brunch is something you choose. It’s not rushed, not overdone — just thoughtful food, bright spaces, and a place where people naturally gather. What started as a personal, childhood memory became a community staple, and it still runs on the same belief: a good day starts sunny. It’s about creating moments that feel easy, beautiful, and worth coming back to.
